stage crew for the School musical

TUESDAYS 3:30-4:30 in the Room 124 

Cost: $50

Dates: 11/12 - 12/17 (6 afternoons PLUS performances on December 17)

Interested in musical theater but not ready for your stage debut? There will be a stage crew for the performance for interested 5-6 graders. Stage crew will begin in October and will work on props, sets and performance promotions such as flyers and posters.

Activities:

• Designing, painting, creating sets
• Creating and making props and costumes
• Make promotion materials (posters, flyers)
• Pass out programs to guests
• Help design a show t-shirt

Students will learn about the behind the scenes of the play including working in a budget, marketing, set and costume design.

Note: This play will be with one set, so there will not be moving sets during the performance.
